1.  Our rental homes for summer 2015 get listed in February. 
2. We start weekly rental tours beginning in the middle of March continuing until early May. We will be posting our Tour Schedule on this website.
3. Many of our homes are gone after the first time they are on tour… Sometimes applications are received even before the house is on the tour!
4. In an effort of fairness we process ASU applications in the order based on when the applications are received.  An application will need to be completed on all applicants over 18 who will be living in the rental home.
5. We have 80 homes and usually only 1/2 of them become available each year.
6. Move-in dates happen between June 15, 2015 through August 15, 2015.  Each house will have a specific move in timeframe.
7. Our application fee is $35 per applicant.  If an applicant needs a co-signor the co-signor also need sto pay the $35 application fee.
8. Our properties range from 1 bedroom condo’s to 6 bedroom homes. Many of our the Tempe homes for rent are 4 bedrooms.
9. Because we are in Arizona we have 95% of our properties have a clean sparkling POOL!
