At KRK Realty we believe in serving tenants. Hopefully a home foreclosure is an unlikely scenario, but with many management companies losing half of their managed homes to foreclosure and other companies closing their doors, we recognize this is not without possibility. KRK Realty has deposited ALL SECURITY DEPOSITS in a Trust account. 100% deposit will be returned to the tenant, regardless of condition of a home in the event of foreclosure. In addition a Federal Law was passed in 2009 to help protect tenants. Basically a tenant has the right to fulfill the lease, with rents paid to new owner, if a property does result in foreclosure. (It is limited to 90 days max if the new buyer intents to occupy the home). Please see link below.
