If you have an after-hours EMERGENCY, please complete our online maintenance request. An emergency is classified as an active water leak, no A/C or heat, or no hot water.

If you are having issues with the portal, you may email our maintenance department at admin@krkrealty.com. As we have many properties, please ensure that the subject line of the email includes your property address.
